The B-Line features a marble dining counter, an exhibition kitchen, homemade ice cream, desserts, and a display case featuring a wide variety of sumptuous homemade cakes, pastries, and other confections.
The B-Line Diner also offers carry-out service at the B-Line Express window, so you can bring your goodies back to your guestroom. Corey Crawford joined the B-Line Diner as chef in June 2010, educated in Chicago and cultivating experience for the past 13 years.
Corey Crawford joined the B-Line Diner as chef in June 2010. With more than 13 years of culinary and kitchen management experience, Crawford most recently was the restaurant chef at the Skirvin Hilton in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In addition, Crawford has held various positions at notable hotels including sous-chef/chef tournant for the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino and chef de partie at Joel Robuchon at the Mansion in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Educated in Chicago, Illinois, Crawford served as a chef apprentice for Charlie Trotter restaurants from 1999 to 2001.
